Peter Hitchins
Peter is an experienced Skipper and Scuba Instructor, who has gained valuable knowledge and experience while diving in the local area for more than 20 years.
Peter will ensure you get to see everything our dive sites have to offer, and make sure you have a great time both on and off-shore. |

Kevin Hitchins
Kevin is an experienced Skipper and Scuba Instructor, and has been diving in the South West Rocks area for more than 18 years. During this time, Kevin has explored the dive sites extensively and will ensure you see the best of what our area has to offer.
Kevin is very friendly and is highly qualified to assist you with any diving related issues you may have. |

Murray Amor
Murray is an experienced Skipper and Dive Master, who has been diving in the South West Rocks area for many years.
Murray is also our Equipment Service Manager. As a fully qualified service technician with many years experience, he is on hand to assist you with any service related issues you may have.

Matt Homburg
Matty has been diving with the South West Rocks Dive Centre for the past 3 years. He is an experienced and trusted dive master and coxswain. Matt is friendly and mature beyond his age, he will make you feel welcome during your stay.

Mike O'Shea
Mike has been with us for a number of years. He is a very knowledgeable and friendly Dive Master and is always around to provide any assistance you may need.

John Nelson
John is an experienced skipper and Scuba Instructor. He has been with the South West Rocks Dive Centre for a number of years, and has great knowledge about the local area, both on land and underwater.

Christopher Morley
Chris is an enjoyable retiree who has attempted to form a breakaway group called “The South West Rocks Diving Centre Croquet Club”. Unfortunately there has not been much interest in this movement; however Chris is now spending his retired life sharing his experience and humor with divers he quickly bonds to.
Chris has Dive Mastered in many amazing dive sites throughout the world, Palau, Truk, Vanuatu, Thailand, Fiji, some of the many dives places to his credits, He spends winter in Mexico and the summers here at SWR.
Chris is our “special” staff member; he plays an integral role in the busy seasons here at South West Rocks Dive Centre. Observing diver’s faces as they return to the shop after a memorable dive, it can be difficult to understand what our divers have endured whilst in Chris’s company whilst diving at Fish Rock.
Many divers have returned in fits of uncontrollable laughter and unable to communicate with loved ones in the fashion prior to their dive. Other divers return to the shop and hastily assist in unloading the dive boats whilst howling “Release the Wolf”.
On a more serious note, Chris enjoys sharing his experience and knowledge of diving Fish Rock; he has done many dives here and knows the “better” sites for those more experienced divers. Being a trained Regulator Technician, Chris spends his spare time in our workshop servicing company and client diving equipment ensuring all dive equipment is serviced and maintained correctly. |
